I am 12 week 6 days pregnant... i havent had morning sickness or any pregnancy symptoms..only tired and a bit more discharge havent even felt sick i cqn still eat normal.. i know im preg as iv had my 12 week scan... if i dont have no morning sickness iv heard its not a healthy pregnancy,?

You are one of the lucky ones with no morning sickness, trust me, its no fun... I didn't had it my first pregnancy and my baby boy was and still is healthy, but with this one I did, and it wasnt pleasant... good luck on the rest of your pregnancy...

I'm 30w4d and never had morning sickness and my son is perfectly healthy and so am I. If your doctor doesn't address something,  9 times out of 10 what you hear is an old wives tale and not true
