At my first ultrasound at exactly 6 weeks, we saw a second sac but she told us it was just a yolk sac and it would disappear. Sure enough it did, and no signs of two babies. Although i always think of one hiding.

It means possible twins, but a lot of the time the second one will either not develope or become engulfed by the first. A friend of mine had this, just be patient and see how it goes.
