Well we are naming her eva after his mother whom I've never met, she passed 4 months before we got together as a couple. I think he should be willing to work wih me on middle nmes here, she is my daughter too after all.... he's been blah this whole pregnancy.... I'm not naming my daughter a name I'm not 100% on...like atleast if you veto EVERYTHING give me some ideas jeesh!!!!

Totally different but we are naming our girl Adalynn Rose. I think its vintagy sounding. Good luck its not easy. Just remember everyone will have their opinions but its your baby and who cares what they really think in the end. My sister made it very clear she hates the name rose but its after my best friend and my husband and I loved it.

Eva delliah is very pretty I live that name I was going to name my daughter eva but my oldest daught liked Emma best so we let her pick between the two :)) Eva daisy is cute too as for the full name Evangelina or evagiline sounds like a religion and she may get picked on in school plus it sounds old

I like the last 2 better than the first 2. To me when I say the first and second name out loud it sounds weird. Like the syllables in them are off and doesn't sound right to me. With the name Eva, the other two names, Violet and Daisy sound good together. But I also like Evangeline. But the only name I think sounds good with Evangeline is Delilah. And like someone already posted you can call her Eva as a nickname.

Lol!!! Thanks ladies I appreciate the feedback. :) Eva will be prnounced EVE-AH... I love the name Delilah! Bu everyone keeps brining up the biblical reference, saying its the name of a prostitute.... :/ the double A sound in EVA ZINNIA bothers me a little but it seems every name I like ends like that. :/ I'm open to suggestions if you have any flower/nature/spring/summer or vintag names!!  This is so hard!!! :)

I like Eva Deliliah, I love the middle name but my husband says its old ladyish (thats what I wanted for a first name for my first daughter) :/ I like just Eva, the longer ones remind me of a televangelist....dont know why...:)

My favorite is Eva Delilah. Eva Zinnia doesn't sound right to me because of the double ”a”. Eva Viloet and Eva Diasy just don't sound add pretty to me as Eva Delilah. I also like Evagelina Delilah and call her Eva. How do you say Eva? Emphasis on ”E” prnounced E' va or emphasis on ”Ev” said like Eve' a? That makes a big difference in how it sounds too. I love Eva. It is my niece's name but they call her Evie.
