nasal cogestion

I'm 20 and 5. I know its probably regular during pregnany but at times when I lay on my back my nose atomatically gets stuffy and I cant breathe at other times I use a whole roll of TP blowing it. Vicks, hot showers and rags are starting to not work and i know i cant use nasal spray, Im I able to use nasal strips?

Oh ok thanks.  the only in my house says not for pregnant women so I dont use it. Im going to look into a humidifier, I want one anyways for when I do have my son.

You can use saline nasal spray. Idk about other sprays though. Thats the only one my dr said was ok. You can also sleep with a humidifier on.
