natural labor induction
So I'm 38 weeks and 5 days and I lost my plug yesterday and I was dilated to 3 on Friday and I've had some contractions but nothing regular doc says I can go into labor at anytime and I've tried pineapple spicy food squats stairs and the labor dance and I started drinking raspberry leaf tea today does anyone have any other ideas to speed it up besides castor oil??
Lol its pretty ridiculous but figured I'd give it a shot and I tried sex this morning I'm going to just keep trying
