Both these ladies are correct! I'm 8 weeks. Found out 4 weeks ago. Spotted a few times and thought my period was coming. I cramped then and I still cramp a few times per week.

It's normal to cramp! Just make sure if you start bleeding heavily to get checked out. Spotting and light brown blood is normal as well. Also there's really nothing you can do to prevent miscarriage it happens sometimes.. obviously don't drink or do drugs lol stuff like that can cause it. But other times ladies will do everything by the book and still miscarry. Congrats on your pregnancy.
