nausea

Hi.....I'm new to this. I just found out I was 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant yesterday. I was pregnant when I 15 but had a miscarriage. I'm excited that I have gotten this far. My big thing now is nausea. How or what did you ladies do about it?

you could try ginger biscuites that usually helps most people and try to eat smaller portions more often just because it usually makes you feel a little sick when its empty. its also a good thing to not drink fizzy drinks :) congratulation

Hi, Congratulations!
For my first son, my nausea was all day everyday and my Doctor prescribed a drug called Diclectin, it really helped and is specifically for morning sickness.

With my second son, I was able to just breath through it, in through your nose out through your mouth and just think about relaxing.  Suprisingly it did help!

I have also heard Ginger Tea can help as well as a few Soda Crackers.

Good luck with the new baby!!

I do nothing honestly. I only try to avoid smells that trigger it for me.
