Raenewmummy- I'm 11w 1d and I am the same way! I can barely eat without getting sick I just have no appetite at all.
Mommy2be90- the only thing I can say is maybe try and get medicine from the dr and try eating small portions through out the day...I know its hard bc like I said I have no appetite at all so I just deal with it :/
Keep grazing throughout the day - the nausea gets worse if you don't eat or wait too long inbetween meals. SO try to have some crackers, melba toast or dried fruit in your bag to snack on if you';re working or crackers or toast throughout the day if at home. ALso stay hydrated :) x
I forgot to mention that adding a bit of protein to all of your little meals/snacks helps too because protein helps even out your blood sugar levels which sometimes can make you nauseous...
I had this in my first trimester. I kept a bottle of water on me and kept sipping on it during the day. Also little nibbles during the day worked better than 3 big meals. Crystallised Ginger (without the sugar coating) helped a bit. I sometimes took natural anti seasick/nausea tablets called travacalm natural (no more than 2 per day) which kinda helped. Rooibos tea (safe for pregnancy) settled my belly as did vegemite and butter on toast (I'm from Australia where vegemite is popular, it has lots of b vitamins). But basically I didn't find any one magic cure unfortunately :-( I just kept on reassuring myself that I wasn't going to be sick and it was just a reaction to the hormones. I've heard dome women get relief from anti nausea meds from the GP if it gets too bad. Good luck!
Idk if you like Coca-Cola but it really helps with my nausea & keeps me from throwing up.
Ive been like this thru my pregnancy so far im 11wks 2days today and my appetite has gone downhill I hardly eat but for some reason im getting fatter lol only things I can stomsch is things im craving and its diffrrent every week so ur not alone good luck in ur pregnancy :) x
