nausea

I will be 18 weeks tomorrow, and all day I have felt like I was going to throw up. Last night I fell, but didn't go to the er because my daughter was sleeping and had nobody to watch her. I have felt movement by the way so I'm gunna go in to see the doctor Monday. But could that be what's causing the nausea? If not, what is?

Nausea is a very common symptom during pregnancy, and morning sickness goes on and off throughout the whole 9 months.
