That happens to me also but I got it worst. I'm 23 weeks & the last couple nights I've been getting really bad nausea. I'll be alseep then I wake up throwing up & in pain. I know ginger strips or almost anything that has ginger in it helps with nausea but it's like no matter what I do I still wake up in the middle of the night throwing up. I'm thinking it's because I sometimes eat late not too late but around 7, 8 the latest
Drink ginger ale, ginger snaps . No teas most teas are with caffeine . camomile tea is good once in awhile. Crackers!
Try to eat some salted crackers and drink some sprite or some hot tea
