I am so freaking nauseous, it's ridiculous.
And pretty much all the time.
what can I do for it that is safe for baby?
No food,  (crackers or anything) help, just exacerbate it.

I'm 14w6d and finally stopped puking 24/7 at 13 weeks or so. I was in the hospital like 6 times for dehydration between weeks 7 and 13. If you feel dehydrated go in and get iv fluids it really helps. I take Zofran too for the nausea and its a lifesaver.

An increase in bHCG is what causes your nausea... The fact that its remaining high enough to keep you sick is why they say you are less likely to miscarry with morning sickness.... I am going through it myself I am 7 weeks on Monday and have been feeling nauseated for 2 weeks already. I am counting down the days til 12 weeks and hoping it improves by then because some days I can't even move from my couch

Okay, I will look into it. But I don't have an ob yet. I'm supposed to meet with the first one on the second (I'm six weeks)

Just think of it this way! The sicker you are the healthier your baby! That's what my doctor told me! Morning sickness is a good sign, it means your less likely to have a miscarriage!!:) why I don't know but I've had a completely healthy pregnancy so far and I'm 23 weeks tomorrow! Went through hell from 8 weeks to 14 though with all that sickness
