nauseous still

Im 16 weeks and im still nauseous and occasionally I vomit in the morning or around 11p.m which is the period before lunch time at school (im 15) my mom said I should be over my sickness by now but im not. It isnt as bad as the first 12 weeks but it's still *****. Also I have cravings that go away after I eat the food a couple times and sometimes I even cant stand the food afterwards. I have a lot of food aversions that make me sick when I even think about it.
is this normal? Are there any natural ways to help this? (Crackers are something I was recommended but they make me sick)

I'm 11 weeks 1day, first pregnancy. My nausea has improved a lot. But I have the same problems as you as far as the good goes. First I was craving CUPS of ramen noodles. Then mashed potatoes and gravy. Now chicken alfredo minus the chicken. The smell and taste of meat makes me sick . Even the thought of it. U used to be a huge T aco Bell and mexicanfood fanatic. Now iI can't drive past places without getting sick. And the taco  bell commercials are hell. Keep your head up, hope it gets better (:

Morning sickness can stop at anytime during pregnancy or last your whole pregnancy. Yes it's normal to have food cravings and not like them and get sick thinking of certain foods. i was like that! Try drinking ginger ale, eat soups, drink water with lemon, gatorade, toast, and ice chips

I had bad morning sickness with my daughter up until around 26 weeks. It can hang on for a while but it means you have plenty of hormones lol. I had to have meds because I posted too much weight but there are tons of natural methods to help! Try eating crackers before you even move to get out of bed. Ginger, lemon, or peppermint are said to help. It helped me to suck on green apple and grape jolly ranchers. A lighter med option than prescription and totally safe for baby is to take vitamin B6 supplement with a half of unison tablet at night before bed.
