nauseousness and dizziness
I have been so dizzy and nauseous. I keep getting light headed and tunnel vision. Also as soon as I get out of bed I am nauseous about 90% of the day. This is my first pregnancy so I'm not really sure what to do.
I have to work and I'm standing and running around a lot. So i need something that will help.
