I have preclampsia. I'm 34 weeks 1 day. At 30 weeks I was given a steroid shot for her lungs because they want to take her between 34-37 weeks. I had an ultrasound Thursday & my amniotic fluid was at 2.5th percentile. Since Wednesday I've been losing my mucus plug & started having contractions last night but they are every 2 hours . But every 2 hours on the dot they happen. I think its gonna happen soon. Do you think they will induce on Thursday since amniotic fluid is so low?

Well when I left this appointment on Thursday (because I go every Thursday for ultrasound & nst) she said be prepared by this coming Thursday for induction if they decide to do it then. They said I have to be induced by 37 weeks. & I will not know when its happening until I go in for routine appointment & they keep me. She told me she will try to induce me before a c section since I have had 2 healthy deliverys before.

They may since your fluid is low and you have preclampsia they'll probably say its better for her to keep growing outside the womb
