Shell fish, soft or blue veined cheese, alcohol, shocking, drug, chilli foods, raw fish, runny eggs, rare stake has to be well done now same with eggs, coffee try decaf. Once your in touch with your midwife she will tell you your does and don't good luck

Talk to your doc... Everyone says don't  eat a lot of things but honestly it's more of a precaution .... I ate EVERYTHING! And my baby is perfectly healthy

My best advice would be to Google it .. I know u should stay away from lunch meats and hot dogs unless u heat them up til steaming hot, and stay away from fish high in mercury .. those are the two that always stand out to me .. I'm 23w and I still have to Google the list from time to time .. btw congratulations on ur new journey and goodluck!
