need help

My name is natalie and im 19 new mom and i am 22 weeks pregnant last night i had a very bad pain that was in my ribs and went all the way to my back at certain times its hard for me to breathe ive tryed laying down walking sitting and even a breathing routine and nothing works it lasts about a hour i had one like this before a couple months ago and i couldnt breathe for a good minute i asked my doctor and he says its gas but when i had my husband pat my back thinking it was gas it didnt help. If anyone has had the same thing plz tell me because im scared for me and my baby.

Also has anyone got stomach pain when a little girl has a big tantrum and thats having or had a baby boy because my niece screams at times and i get a very bad pain in my stomach and the baby kicks very hard at those times.

I'm not sure about the first part... but my boy kicks and I feel tightening when my daughter has a tantrum its like a muscle spasm when she screams .. think he just doesn't like noise.
He jumps when I sneeze too
