Im 11weeks and I have a bad cold....what could I take or do I have to ride this cold out with no meds??
With my first child i took no medicaion whatsoever unless it was homeopathic or organic. They even sell this type of medication at walgreens, Wal-Mart. I also took echinasea its an herbal supplament that strengthens your immune system
Talk to your doctor.i have terrible sinus trouble and headaches so sometimes i take (1) apap 500mg daily and lots of fluids and i rest/sleep a lof extra. Try adding more fruits to your diet if you can tolerate them. Also take a prenatal vit if u can
