Drink something sweet and cold, Lay on your left side and for one hour concentrate really hard and count kicks, even if they are soft or light kicks.
If you get less than 4 kicks in that hour you need to go to the dr. Or ER so they can listen to babies heart and monitor baby to make sure all is well.
It's better to be overly cautious than Less cautious and something be wrong!!
I hope everything is ok!

Babies seem to move less once you're over 30 weeks. I'm pretty sure the baby is fine.
Drink cold water, lay down on your side and put your hand on your tummy.. babies can feel when u have your hand on top and they start moving.

Try laying on your left side and drinking some cold water. If you don't feel your baby move after that I would def call your doctor! Sometimes babies just have lazy days, so I wouldn't worry to to much. Baby is still small and you might not feel every movement.

But if you try laying down and drinking some cold water and still don't feel baby, I would most certainly call!

Oh and lay on your side after you eat/drink kind of relax because when we move our body kind of natural rocks the baby to sleep.

Are you sure he's not moving?  I've gotten used to some of the movements my baby makes. Its like I only really notice when my stomach goes all crazy or the baby stretches out. But I'll lay my hand on my belly and I can feel movements but only with my hand. Find something cold and drink it and find something sweet, if you get him moving with in a hour-or two if you feel 10 movements rolls, kicks, rubs anything hes okay. I think at about 32 weeks the baby sleeps like 90 % of the time, so the movements are more spaced out. It freaks you out when you can't feel them, mine likes to go days with very little movement.

Call your doc! I call mine for everything I'm not sure about. Or go in and see them.
