negative blood test.

I had blood work taken recently and it wad Neg, but i would only be around 3  maybe 4 weeks. I'm late with my period, have tingling in my breasts (which never happens to me) mood swings, heartburn, headaches all the time, I just feel like something is going on with my body. Is there still a possibility I could be pregnant? Has this happened to anyone else a neg blood test but still be pregnant? I'm ok one way or the other.

BLOOD TEST IS THE MOST ACCURATE IF IT WAS NEGATIVE THEN ODDS R UR NOT PREGGO LESS U GOT PREGGO AFTER THE BLOOD TEST WAS DONE I WOULD TEST W A FIRST RESPONCE,,BUT SYMPTOMS CAN BE CAUSED BY ALOT OF THINGS BESIDES PREGO HOPE ALL GOES WELL

How late are yu? Because when yu miss.yer period yer considered 4 weeks
