negative test but all the signs

I told 2 tests but they came negative but I have all the signs . no period , discharge, back pain, stomach pain, no period for two months and my belly button is coming out . what should I do??

This happened with my last. I tested too early.  You can even test too early for blood to pick it up.  If that's neg then go back in a week for more blood.

Check with your doctor. Same thing happened to me last year-- I even had the tummy line. Turns out my birth control dosage was too high and was making me really sick. :(
When I actually got pregnant, I had zero symptoms for both pregnancies. Go figure

Make an  apponitment with your doctor to double check ask for an ultrasound
