negative test but all the symptoms

I took an at home pregnancy test and it came back negative but I've had alot of symptoms, I have cramping but no blood, nausea, lower back pains, constipation, tender breasts, mood swings. I'm not sure what to do, I'm kinda freaking out, alot of smells that I never noticed before make me feel sick, someone please help

Go to the doctor I took 3 home tests and all 3 came back negative I was 10 weeks when I found out for sure I was pregnant.

Blood work test , and home pregnancy test have the same accuracy , but if you want to go see a doctor you can .

Take another test

I would call the dr and schudle an apt to get blood work done to be sure

Actually it's been about three and a half weeks

I haven't had a normal period, I had a spotting period about two weeks ago and it last about a day and a half

Sometimes pregnancy symptoms are the same as pre menstrual symptoms. Also, could you be over thinking it? I know there were times in the past I thought I had symptoms,  would be a few days late and then end up starting my period after getting a negative test result.
