nervous about weight

I'm 16 weeks now and hadn't been gaining any weight which they Saud was ok. But now I'm losing weight. I'm a short girl, average frame.. they said I need to gain 25-30 pounds. How long will they let me not gaining/losing weight before it becomes a problem? I just want my baby to be healthy.

I lost 15 pounds during my pregnancy and i am short and on the thinner side. I gained nine of those pounds back in my third trimester. I had a very healthy baby boy. As long as your eating and taking your prenatal you will be just fine.

im 24w and have lost about 30lbs. now i am a bigger girl but my doc said not to worry about it. as long as ur eating right the baby is getting everything it needs from u. u need to remember that ur body is using more calories bc they r feeding ur lil one. just make sure u keep eating whenever ur hungry. ur doc will let u know when things are unhealthy but i havent gained any yet and my doc still isnt worried.
