I have this pain like a tightening and achy feeling in my lower back and stomach had it off n on today should I be worried?
That could be normal, I had cramps and pains lot during first trimester the doctor told me it was just my uterus growing, as long as there is no bleeding you should be fine! Your body is trying to make room for the baby, so it comes with aches and pains. But ask your doctor just to be sure (:
