So i had my bloody show yesterday at 1130am and still not having contractions :( im 40wks today and want to know safe ways to induce contractions???

Nipple stimulation 3x daily for 30 mins at a time I will be using it with this baby it #3 for me but I'm going 2 wait for 3 more weeks when I'm 38 weeks good luck hope this helps
