Red Raspberry Herbal Tea

I am 37 weeks and I am 3 cm dilated and 70% effaced. I asked my doctors nurse if it was safe and she told me it was. I have seen all the talk on here about it when you are full term so I went and bought some.

My only question is... what exactly does it do???!?

it tones and strenghtens your uterus, sort of like a work out at the gym  for your uterus, its great for after the birth as well to help getting it back to prebaby size, it helps your contractions work more effectively, you should have at least 3 cups a day and have it with honey as its abit of an aquired taste :)
