Soooo today im 19 weeks & have a ultra sound to determine the sex how can I have my baby active and can I find out at 19 weeks?

Just drink a lot of water Thâts what I did I was 19+6 when I found out that I was having a healthy baby boy :)

ive heard rinking alot of water can help see the baby bettter and yes they can determine the sex at 19 weeks since they found out that i was having a boy at 16 weeks :)

Drink orange juice the acid makes the baby uncomfortable and active so that they can catch a glimpse of the babies stuff
