new born break outs

My son has bumps all over his body. The Dr said it's normal for newborns to get that and they would go away by them self. Did or does anyone else baby has breakouts and what do you use for it ?

My son had baby acne, i uswd sensitive body wash, and never ever use a degergent that you use for yourself on the baby use ivory snow or a baby laundry detergent. Also i used a sensitive baby lotion

Its normal there is nothing you can do. I wouldn't start putting lotions or soap on the baby body. Just a warm washcloth and warm water. If its bath time use just a little baby soap. But nothing to freak out about

My cousins daughter had that, it ended up she was allergic to the detergent she was Using. She switched to baby detergent and hasn't had a problem since

I just used a gentle baby wash so I wouldn't aggravate my daughters skin anymore than it was. Eventually they went away. Its just a newborn thing:)
