So this is my first pregnancy and I found out after excepting a new job and on my two week notice for my old job. My question is when should I tell my new job that I'm pregnant? I'm only 5 weeks now.

I had started a new job in July and found out i was pregnant in January, only 6m from being there. I told my boss at about 3m because my department was going through a transition at the time and i was getting a new boss soon. It honestly felt good to get the news off my chest and to learn that i would qualify good paid maternity leave since when i deliver i would be at the company just a little over a year

I told one person and she told me to keep it quiet. Everyone else found out at 7 months... my supervisor told me to not tell anyone. Then can't legally penalize you.

Nope . They may start treating you differently . I wouldn't tell them until you start showing
