Miscarriage

Ive been bleeding since Tuesday, but I haven't been passing any clots or anything. I'm pretty sure I'm having a miscarriage, but my question is that since I should be 8 weeks, wouldn't I definitely notice some clots? I had a subchorianic hematoma with my last pregnancy and experienced bleeding the same way although this time it has been a bit heavier...I didn't want to go to the er because I don't have money for the copay and last time they told me there wasn't anything they could do anyway. I also have my first ob appointment scheduled for Thursday so I'm wondering if I should keep that appointment or do I call and cancel? These might seem like a dumb question but I'm just not sure what to do at this point....

Okay so I have had three miscarriages and with this pregnancy I started bleeding bright red and heavy around 7 weeks. Sincei have been through all this before I just assumed the baby was not developed that's why I wasn't passing clot. Long story short I found out at 13 weeks I was still pregnant.  I wish I would have went to the hospital to find out for sure when it was all happening. I would say go just to be safe

You should definitely keep your appointment. Also hospitals can't turn you away because of your ability to pay or not pay. Sounds like you are having a miscarriage and it would be best to have doctors look at you to make sure you are passing all of the matter inside your uterus,  if anything is left it could become infected.
