nice advice please

I'm 17 weeks and haveing a lot of touble gaining wait and I can out eat my bf and his stepdad and there both ex military and I've always had trouble gaining wait but never this bad, any advice on what to try to gain wait, I'm already seeing a nutritionist through wic, and 2nd my pulse is racing tonight faster than normal, I don't know why but my whole body is shaking.cause of it, I know my mother suffers from low blood pressure but noone I know in my family has high, please give some nice advice, thank u

Im 30 weeks and have only gained 10 lbs, and that was within the past three weeks. So just eat lots and eat healthy and you'll catch up when you need to

no pains just ninstop asthma and a pounding head, I've been cramping in and off for 2 weeks now but when I went to the er they said there was nothing wrong

Heart racing can be normal if ur having pains tho go to the ER. As for weight gain as long as baby is growing right I wouldn't worry.

Have u tried drinking a bottle of Ensure with everyone of Ur meals? That should help u. My cousin had the same problem, also I worked in a retirement home and we gave them to our residents to help them gain weight
