So I'm 38+1 and I'm doing nipple stimulation w. My automatic breast pump . I erect the nipple then place pump on for 4 minutes . then rest 4 minutes . erect the other nipple and place pump on for 4 minutes . then rest 4 minutes . after about a total of 16 minutes on both breast I rest for 30 . and I can actually say its been giving me more braxton hicks than what I've been having .

You do one at a time. You put pump on till contractions start. You stop till contraction stops, then you start the other. Once contractions seem to be coming on their own then you stop and let nature take its coarse.

Do they let you do that since you are further along because my doctor told me not to do it because it will put me in early labor. Well that was when I was pregnant with my daughter and I was not as far along as I am now or as far along as you are..
