nipples irritated
Just a question, but I am 6 weeks tomorrow, and I'm finding my nipples/boobs are really irritated right now. More so when clothing (shirt or bra) are being worn cause there rubbing against them everytime I move around. Wondering if there's anything I can do to ease this discomfort at all?
Like they rub against the clothing n it just sends off a kind of annoyance/ little hurt I guess. I was ok over night. Slept no shirt n under a blanket and that seemed to work for the night but just the clothes touching the nipple just like irritates them. Makes them uncomfortable I don't know how to explain haha
What do you mean irritated? Like uncomfortable? Unfortunately i haven't found much to help although I do prefer sports bras now but they still annoy me after I wear it awhile. I just stop wearing a bra most of the day unless I'm going out somewhere or have company
