Yea the couch helps a lot but on the bed i can barely move barelt get up and barely walk...and today having pains through my lower stomach and vagina :(
My whole body hurts when I try to sleep in my bed so I.mostly sleep on the couch now. It's easier to roll over and I don't wake up as sore
