yes! I am 37plus 1.. and my thighs feel like I have been through the most vigorous workout known to man!! when ever I get up to go to the bathroom at night I have to stand there for a minute, holding the wall and walk in place because it hurts so bad I can barely walk.. Definitely cant wait for lil man to come on out!

They told me I should wear a support belt but I'm so close to my delivery date I feel it would be pointless to get ons

I'm 26 weeks and my hips have been awful. I struggle to get up the stairs and getting dressed and I need help getting up from a chair or bed. I went to the doctors and they said I have SPD and have recommended I get a support belt or harness and have told me to take paracetamol for the pain.  If it gets any worse they're giving me crutches. Maybe you should talk to your doctor or midwife.
