Ftm and I'm 39 weeks today went to the doctor no signs of dilation or thinning whatsoever no contractions no mucous plug I still feel like I'm 6 months I still work so I'm constantly walking me and my bf have sex all the time and NOTHING. This baby just doesn't want to come out!

Yesss try primrose oil pills. I've been using them for about a week now I'm 39 weeks today and I'm all the way thinned with 3cm of dialationnn. I believe they helped I would insert 3 vaginally every night.

Have you tried primrose oil? I've heard it helps with thinning.
