no symptoms 5.5 wks

i have my first u/s tomorrow to see how things look.  i was feeling very optimistic, but suddenly i'm scared.  i have had a very challenging time getting pregnant and many days of "bad news".  i don't have pregnancy symptoms and i am fearful of bad news tomorrow.  I WILL GET GOOD NEWS...... I WILL GET GOOD NEWS........
any words of wisdom or encouragement would be great.  thanks for the support.  J

Any update?  I was virtually symptomless except for cramping until week 10 when I got morning sickness which only lasted a couple weeks.

Its absolutely normal to not have any symptoms that early OR to not have them at all.... definitely like Diane says consider yourself lucky! All the hype on pregnancy symptoms are GENERAL and do not work or apply to every woman so no worries! All should be just fine! Good Luck and Congrats!!!

I am 5w2d and I have my first appt today. I dont know if I'm getting an u/s though. Anyways, I dont have many symptoms either. Just sore breasts and I gag a little in the mornings! Other than that, I feel fine! I believe, for most women, the nausea/vomiting kicks in around 6 or 7 weeks. Everyone is different though, so I wouldn't be too worried. Just stay positive and keep everyone posted!*** Good Luck
