Hey all i am about 8 weeks pregnant anf am experiencing pretty bad cramp like symtoms ...normal?
I feel your pain! I'm 7 weeks and I get them too! Annoying but from all my research it seems pretty normal :)
yes its very normal. As long as there is no bleeding associated with it then more than likely it is just ligaments stretching. You will go thru a lot of that at first and then it sorta slows down. But I always thought they felt like period cramps. Just drink longs and lots of water will help and you can take 2 tylenol for the pain is fine during pregnancy. It wont harm the baby like ibuprofen
