It's part of your mucus plug, youre probably slowly losing it.

Also yes, normal that it increases after sex. It comes out more at a time after I get my cervix checked every appt.

Lol go on google is the worst possible advice. Do not do that.
I've been losing small pieces of mine for a couple weeks, I'm 39+3. Sometimes it's clear, sometimes it has a yellowish/greenish to it and doctor said that's normal. Just watch for blood in it cause that can indicate labor is coming sooner rather than later.

Yea just tinted with yellow but clear it doesnt burn or itch but i guess I'll get it checked out thanks

Umm go on Google. And I'm 37 weeks and I'm now starting to lose my mucus plug and it's like snot gross lol. But I don't think that's a normal discharge.
