Thanks, that does help they do say to not lay down and to put vasiline inside your nose!
Vasaline helps me some, I have more dried blood and blood when I blow my nose than nose bleeds.
For me its a little different I can't lay down in my back because the blood goes down threw my throat and I can feel it and its really gross. But my doctor said to use a lot of vassiline?
Im so glad someone posted this..i was starting to wonder if it was due to pregnancy or not lol. i havent had a nose bleed but ive been sooo stuffy and everytime i blow its bloody. eeww. glad to know its normal though!
My son gets nose bleeds ALL the time. So bad I've taken him to the doctor. Holding your head back and applying pressure to the bridge of your nose is how i always used to treat them
...its actually not right. You are now supposed to hold your head forward and squeeze the tip of your nose....also use a qtip and put some vaseline inside....that will help with the dryness....hope that helps :)
Also a good way to stop the bleeding is to put pressure on the bridge of your nose. I have been lucky this pregnancy not to get them but when I was growing up I was constantly getting them at home at school everywhere. Lay down with a towel under your nose to catch the blood and apply pressure to the bridge
Its pretty common. I get an occasional nose bleed but mostly theres just blood when I blow my nose. For a nosebleed just get a towel or something and sit down with your head back and hold the towel to your nose
They are common in pregnancy because of the extra blood in your body when you get a nose bleed you hold your head back and hold some kind of paper towel or rag to it
I havent had an "actual" nose bleed but it is often bloody when I blow my nose....
I have the same problem! It's such a pain but I do not know how to make it stop and funny enough, before I became pregnant with this kiddo, I never in my life had a nose bleed!
