I use to get them all the time especially when i went outside. Sometimes i got them more then once a day. I hated it because it mainly happened when i was infront of people and all of a sudden someone would tell me i had blood runnin down my face. Extremely embarassing but luckily it stopped after 25weeks. Hopefully yours does too..

Yes your nasal passages are sensitive, and our blood vessels are swelling to provide more oxygen and nutrients to baby. Every morning when I wake up I have to clean my nose and most mornings there is some blood. Try using a humidifier at night or saline during the day.
