nose bleeds

What do you ladies do for nose bleeds this is my first one ever I never had them before pregnancy so I would like to know what some of you do for them

Thank you so much I think I got to hot working out I did the tissue with my head down and it stopped but I will tilt my head back next time it happens

Tissue paper called up in the nostril that's bleeding and tilt your head back. Remove and check the tissue paper after a minute or so, repeat until the bleeding stops. If you get a nose bleed while in the shower keep your head tilted back and get out of the shower, the steam from a hot shower will keep the blood from being able to clot meaning a never ending nose bleed. I get them about once a week and before I was prego I got them at least once a month.
