not gaining weight

I am 14 weeks and this is my second baby I started feeling and seeing movement a few days ago when I went to my first ob they said I was dehydrated and my protein was low so they saidI am either not eating healthy or jjust not eating. So I stopped eating fast food and have been trying to eat healthy and yes of course I eat lol but I have only gained maybe a pound but I think some of the weight is from not being able to go to the bathroom. I was thinking about drinking ensure but it's allot of money so I was thinking about getting some powder Slim fast shakes and drink those with meals I was thinking cus you use them to replace meals it might help.of course I am going to talk to my Dr but my appointment isn't till next Wednesday so I wanted to try something till then. Is anyone else having problems? With my first son I had no problem gaining weight I went from 145 to 204 when I gave birth.

I've gained maybe five pounds and I'm three days away from hitting the seven month mark. And still I stay between 149-152 so I can't even keep on the five little pounds I have gained. My doctor said he isn't worried about it right now. But I eat a lot, I walk to work and around work, so maybe that's why. But I'm not sure. I'm not going to stress it because my baby boy is big and healthy. Lol

Omggg I'm having the same problem but worse. I'm having massive weight loss. And feel very stressed about loosing weight . I don't know what to do to gain it. Everyone is telling me to eat , even though I do.

I started at 129 and didn't gain any weight up to week 14 I had gained 7 pounds and now I'm 22 weeks and I weigh 140 !! I feel huge ><

I didnt gain weight until i was half way through the pregnancy. Just make sure you tell the doctor the reason you arent gaining weight. They will recommend something to help.
