Im about 3 weeks and 4 days an i have been wakin up in da middle of da nitevin sweat mi lower stomach been hurting...an i been queasy alot mi teeth been also hurting me so wat to do????
I found out at 3w as well, took hpt and then had doctor confirm all before I was 4w. I'm now over 6w. Sometimes you just know!

If your teeth hurt than you probably need to be taking calcium, im assuming since your so early that you havent started any vitamins which may cause some discomfort since you have a growing baby in you. In my beginning of pregnancy i often had lower stomach pain & lots of mild period like cramps, its normal in first trimester. Talk to your Dr if it gets unbearable.

I was 4+2 at my first drs visit and i knew for five days prior to going...im now 14+5and still right on schedule accordingly...so i found out at 3+3
Well after over 2 years of trying and 3 miscarriages you get pretty good at that stuff! I'm on my 4 th and have always picked it up way before my period was due my Dr even said a pregnancy will never sneak by me!! So although doesn't happen to often its happened for me
Not saying its impossible but u must have really been tracking your ovulation date to kno that u are 3 weeks im on my third pregnancy and im always around 6 weeks when I find out
It is very rare for people to find out they're pregnant before 4 to 5 weeks. Though Occasionally a person may find out that early, it is NOT typical. Are you sure you're pregnant?
I found out at 3 weeks with this pregnancy so it is entirely possible. I was tracking ovulation as well as basals everyday so if you follow your cycle closely you find out way sooner than normal. I found out atleast 4 days before a missed period each pregnancy and this is my 4th.
You need to take a test before you go ahead and say your pregnant. Your teeth could be hurting because your grinding your teeth. Or they are moving.
