I wouldn't worry too much as stated above the placenta can move up still. I know a lot of woman who had low lying placentas earlier in pregnancy and they eventually moved up.

Don't worry. Babies grow at different rates. We do too much measuring and worrying! Your little guy might just be a little smaller at this point in development. Just eat healthy and don't worry.

Dr. might have mentioned the low placenta because of placenta previa (where it covers the cervix). Wouldn't worry about this at this point either because placentas migrate throughout. Even if it does cover the cervix at some point it could very well move by delivery.

I would look up Circumvallate Placenta, I have that and sometime it can cause IGUR and some other issues. Bring up with your doctor and see what he says. My Reg doctor didn't know what it was so he sent me to MFM and he diagnosed it. It only happens in 1% of pregnancy's.

I'm not sure what that means but if he wasn't clear try to go to another doctor there or find a new one. Did he call it anything specific? Placenta previa maybe?
