I loved mine. My daughter stopped using hers at around 15 or 16 months. She slept curled in it and slept way better. And now I will be using it again in a few months. I swore by it and told my sister in law to get one and it actually improved their breastfeeding relationship. Dependin on where your at I went to walmart and got one for 24 bucks.
The ones from that site are really small lok I got obe and use it as a neck support :)
Nursingpillows.com has a 40% code on there site I got a coupon in the mail that paid for the whole 40$ I just need to pay shipping which is 15$ give it a try you might find the coupon! Also try carseatcovers.com
If your looking for a cheaper route id suggest buying a couple Nuroo pocket shirts, it gives your baby skin to skin while nursing:)
I bought a nursing pillow for my first born son. I'll be using it again. I think it was very helpful. It's great when you are nursing. You can let the baby lay on it when you are exhausted at night. Baby can prop up on it when training their neck muscles. And several months later , it is great when training baby how to sit.
I can't really speak for nursing pillows I like multipurpose stuff I just used regular pillows or blankets to prop my son up and did just fine I bf for just over a yr
