trouble gaining weight

Im 17 weeks and 3 days and I'm having a hard time gaining weight. My tummy is growing but when I checked my weight I lost 3-4 lbs. Is there anything I can do to help gain the healthy weight needed.

33wks and I have only gained 7lbs, I lost 1lb 3 wks ago!
But its normal don't worry:)
Just keep going to your dr. appointments!

Exactly. Your doc will let you know if you need to worry. I eat lots of protein bars and add olive oil when Im cooking. Small things like that. Also if you buy this chocolate milk mix type stuff its called breakfest essentials. One glass contains so much stuff its crazy people drink it all the time to gain weight

Im in the same boat. I was underweight before I got pregnant and im still playing catch up. Its horrible. I've only gained 2 pounds of my doctors recommended 11. I've been trying to drink Ensure but it is the nastiest stuff. Ugh. Never thought not being able to gain a few pounds would be so upsetting

I wouldn't worry. I'm 18 weeks and barely gained 5lb. Your dr will tell you if there are any issues

I'm also 17 weeks and 5 days.  My doctor says I'm totally fine,  but if he's worried he'll let me know and tell me to drink ensure.  Lol! If you're worried check with your doctor but for me it's fine

I'm 29 weeks and have only gained 6 lbs. My doctor said not to worry too much bcus you gain most your weight in the 3rd trimester. I wouldn't worry unless your doctor does, as long as youre eating enough and healthy your doctor can judge what needs to be done.
