I'm 38 weeks and have the same thing :/ doctor said it could be the baby's head pushing up against the tailbone adding extra pressure

I suffer with it all the time. I think mine started at maybe 23 weeks and I'm now 27 weeks. Every Time  I sit it hurts and when I get up it hurts. I talked to my doctor and they said its "normal". If it gets unbearable I take a Tylenol. I think it all started with my bf accidentally kneed me in the butt when we were asleep. Yes again it was an accident! I have tried a heating pad but no help. I honestly don't think it gets any better.

I do! I had a bruised tailbone before I got pregnant and now that my body is changing and the tailbone is more visible, it hurts every time I sit down.
