Im waiting on my mom to get off work. I pick her up. An i was sitting in the car an sneezed three times. An on the third one i peed myself. Lol it was not a dribble it atually flowed a lil. Oh my the wonders of pregnancy.

Yea it tends to happen a lot lately lol. Not once did it happen when I was pregnant with my first but this goodness coughing sneezing whatever. It really does suck lol

Glad im not the only one!! Peeing is now a very regular occurance, i can stand up too fast n dribble!! And doing pelvic floor exercises just makes me need to pee lol
