omg what is this feeling

I feel like my body is being run over by a car. Its getting hard to breathe and i feel like my stomach is being blown up like a balloon and is ready to explode. Im having contractions but they dont exactly start and stop and i dont understand how i should time them. My belly is like achey with cramps but im not in excruciating pain. I have had gallstones before which were so painful then had my gallbladderremoved and this feelingis similar to when i started having a flare up with the gallstones. I seriously want to cry what is goin on?

I want to say you are having contractions but I am not to sure and don't want to give you the wrong idea. Whatevers going on though I would definitely get it checked out tho call your dr or go to l&d. How far along are you?? And to time contractions get a pen and paper and as soon as your stomach starts tightening write down the time that happens then after its over and you start the next write that time down. So say its 6am and that's when it starts and then you start another at 605am that means there 5 mins apart I hope this helps goodluck and feel better :)
