Enjoy it! When I had my first son I was 16 I dont remember ever having any issues or symptoms besides morning sickness sometimes.

Now im 35, pregnancy was unplanned but im happy. I have had allergies, yeast infections, SPD pain, morning sickness, insomnia, siatic nerve pain, shortness of breath, and now im having weird nerve issues my baby is sitting on a nerve and it cuts out my circulation in my right arm, when I stretch I get burning nerve pain in different parts of my body, I had pregnancy rhinitis (allergies) so bad I got a sore throat for over a month with ear pressure from coughing n sneezing so much. lately ive had high blood pressure, its been a very rough pregnancy for me I have 13 days to go. Im getting my tubes tied no more for me!

I bet you are doing just fine. You will start to feel pregnant eventually, don't worry. I hope everything stays good for you and that the rest of your pregnancy goes as easy as the first few weeks :)
